Our machinists came up as a journeyman in a field where .001 wasn't a goal; they were the tolerance you held to keep your job—years of high-precision work where parts either measured right or got scrapped. That discipline is what now goes into every barrel that leaves the shop.

Once a barrel is co-axially dialed in to within .0002″, everything that follows is cut concentric and square to the bore—because thread quality means nothing if it's referenced off a crooked setup. Get the dial-in right and the rest falls into place.

From there, it's about doing it clean. Every muzzle thread we cut is stress-free and held to an exacting spec, then checked against a gauge so there's no guessing—it either passes or it doesn't. We sweat the details most people never think about: a barrel shoulder and crown face that are dead square, brake and suppressor-mount clearances dialed in so everything indexes and fits the way it should, and threads that thread on smooth.

And honestly, we take pride in how it looks, too. A muzzle should be as clean to the eye as it is to the mic. It's not an afterthought—it's functional, it's tidy, and it finishes the barrel the way good work deserves.
